Comet Hits Sun: NASA Captures Stunning Event (VIDEO)

Now this is one of the best videos I've seen in a while. Of course I was hoping for an impact explosion like you see in Star Trek .. you known .. a blinding flash of light followed quickly by a ring of exploding stars and a concussion wave .. too bad real science can't be as much fun .. or maybe it is.

A Firecracker at 10k FPS

I love to watch things blow up in slow motion. I don't know why but I do. This video of a firecracker at 10,000 frames per second is just amazing.
